SNH Insaat Turizm Tic. ve San. Ltd. Sti. was incorporated.

1997

It took its first step across the industry upon assuming construction works of Terme Group (Karabogaz, Terme, Milic 1 and Milic 2 Bridges).

2002

Dalaman Bridge construction was completed.

2004

Demre Bridge construction was completed.

2005

Agva and Agva Evacuation Bridge and Agva Vehicles Underpass Bridge construction was completed.

2007

Istanbul Halkali Mass Housing Area Interchange #3 and Link Roads construction and existing infrastructure relocation construction were completed.

2008

Bridge construction projects of Namnam Group (Namnam, Namnam Evacuation, Balikli, Yuvarlakcay) were completed.

Construction of Engineering Structures on the section of Km: 1+675-8+224 on Uzunkopru Ring Road was completed.

2010

Uzunkopru Bridge construction was completed.

Kayseri Northern Ring Road (Kayseri-Malatya Separation), (Kayseri-Sivas Separation)-and Mimar Sinan Interchange construction was completed.

Drinking water line and facilities construction for the Turkuaz Vadisi Housing Estate in Ankara was completed.

2011

(Milli Egemenlik, Turan Emeksiz) Intersection and Industrial Zone Intersection Bridges construction of Malatya Group were completed.

Milli Egemenlik (Turan Emeksiz) Intersection Bridge completion work was completed.

Demirtas State Railways Underpass Bridge construction, among the Bridges of Edirne Group, on Pazarkale-Edirne-Uzunkopru Highway was completed.

Zeytincay, Alasehir State Railways -Taslidere Bereketli A.G.Sarigol-Kadikoy) Bridges construction of Sarigol Group on Alasehir Buldan Highway was completed.

2013

Upon change of the trade name on 03.01.2013, the company was renamed as SNH Insaat A.S..

(Bahceler, Ring Road Intersection and Baglar Overpass) Bridges construction of Bahceler Group was completed.

2014

We started to engage in pavement works after engineering structures.

We took our first step in pavement works upon completion of the landslide development pavement works on Tokat Ring Road.

We started to provide services in different fields.

We started to build a plant with a capacity of 320 tons/h, and produce asphalt on the owned fields across the Organized Industrial Zone of Elmadag Hasanoglan.

2015

We started to produce Guss asphalt.

All necessary investments were performed for Guss asphalt production, which is a highly special type of production, and we started to engage in Guss asphalt production initiatives. Accordingly, SNH Insaat A.S. became one of the few companies engaging in this field across Turkey.

2016

The contract for the “Tai-Tusaş Aviation and Space Industry Interchange and Connecting Roads” and the “EGM Gölbaşı Campus Grade-Separated Interchange Works” was signed on November 14, 2016, and production works commenced.

The contract for the “Gümüşova Section of the Anadolu Motorway” and the “Renewal of Expansion Joints of Various Bridges on the Ankara Ring Road” was signed on August 10, 2016.

The “Superstructure Improvement and Major Repair Works on Interchange Arms and Various Sections of the Ankara Ring Road” was completed on November 30, 2016.

The “Construction Works of the Bahçeler Group (Bahçeler, Çevreyolu Interchange, and Bağlar Overpass) Bridges on the Amasya Ring Road” was completed on October 6, 2016.

2017

Sehzadeler Viaduct and Intersection Bridge reinforcement work was completed on Amasya Ring Road in the province of Amasya.

2018

The contract for the “Kale Campus II. Stage Asphalt Road and Parking Lot Works” under the responsibility of REC International Construction Investment Industry and Trade Inc. was signed on March 19, 2018.

The “Mastic Asphalt (Guss Asphalt) Application on the K-2 Steel Bridge Deck of the Kırıkkale-Kayseri Interchange” was completed on June 4, 2018.

The contract for the “Superstructure Improvement of the Karataş Viaduct on the Ankara Ring Road (Mastic Asphalt)” was signed on June 21, 2018, and production commenced.

2019

The “Tai-Tusaş Aviation and Space Industry Interchange and Connecting Roads” and “EGM Gölbaşı Campus Grade-Separated Interchange Works” are still ongoing.

The “Borçka-Camili (Dokap) Road, Muratlı-Güreşen Junction Bridge and Connecting Road Construction” is still ongoing.

The “Landslide Stabilization Works on the Amasya-Erbaa (Niksar-Tokat) Intersection-Reşadiye State Road between Km: 358+200-358+800 and Km: 470+000-475+000” were completed on October 24, 2019.

The contract for the “Toprakkale-İskenderun Motorway and Tarsus-Adana-Gaziantep Motorway from Adana North Interchange (72+703) to Bahçe Interchange (198+100) for Various Sections and Connecting Roads Superstructure Repair Works” was signed on July 29, 2019, and production commenced.

“Landslide Remediation Works on Amasya-Erbaa (Niksar-Tokat) Intersection-Reşadiye State Road between Km: 358+200-358+800 and Km: 470+000-475+000”
This project was completed on October 24, 2019.

“REC International Construction Investment Industry and Trade Inc./ Kale Campus II Stage Asphalt Road and Parking Lot Works”
This project was completed on November 30, 2019.

“Renewal of Expansion Joints on Various Bridges on the Gümüşova Section of the Anadolu Motorway and the Ankara Ring Road”
This project was completed with provisional acceptance on March 12, 2019.

The contract for the “Amasya-Erbaa-(Niksar-Tokat) Intersection-Reşadiye State Road Km: 419+720.17 Tokat-Erbaa State Hospital Junction Arrangement Km: 434+600-435+000, Landslide Stabilization of Karanlık Deresi Km: 471+000-472+000 and Fill Section Improvement Km: 487+000-489+000, Çakmak Mevkii Landslide Stabilization, Soil Levelling, Art Structures, Bridge Works, and Superstructure Works, Hot Mix Asphalt Production” was signed on October 24, 2019, and production commenced.
The contract for the “Kızılcahamam Hospital Grade-Separated Interchange and Connecting Roads Construction” was signed on November 8, 2019, and production commenced.

The contract for the “Anadolu Motorway Çeltikçi Junction to Susuz Junction Superstructure Improvement and Major Repair Works” was signed on July 24, 2019, and production commenced.

2021

The “Amasya-Erbaa (Niksar-Tokat) Intersection-Reşadiye State Road Tokat-Erbaa State Hospital Junction Arrangement, Karanlık Deresi Landslide Stabilization, and Çakmak Mevkii Landslide Stabilization Works” were completed on May 24, 2021.

The “Ankara-Bala (750-07) Junction – İncek Connecting Road (06-61) Interchange Construction” contract was signed on April 23, 2024, under the SNH-REC Joint Venture and was completed on November 27, 2021, with provisional acceptance.

The “TUSAŞ Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc./ Service Area Expansion Works” were completed on January 3, 2023.

The contract for the “Adana 15 July Martyrs Bridge and Connecting Roads Remaining Works Completion (Guss Asphalt) Mastic Asphalt Layer and Stone Mastic Asphalt (TMA) Layer Works” was signed on March 1, 2023.

The contract for the “Landslide Stabilization and Superstructure Repair Works at the Bolu Mountain Tunnel Portal Exit (Asarsuyu Area) of the Anadolu Motorway at Km: 04/25 KK and 3+800” was signed on April 6, 2023.

The contract for the “Repair Works for All Damages and Seismic Strengthening of Viaducts between Aslanlı Tunnel (Km: 214+490) and Nurdağı Junction (223+115) Due to the Earthquakes of February 6, 2023” was signed on May 4, 2023.

The contract for the “Hatay-Defne Orhanlı Region and Surrounding Areas Permanent Earthquake Housing Connection Roads, Reserve Areas, Imar Roads, Defne Emergency Hospital Road and İskenderun Emergency Hospital Road (Including Düğünyurdu Junction and Connecting Roads), and Infrastructure Works” was signed on November 5, 2023.

2023

The “Adana 15 July Martyrs Bridge and Connecting Roads Remaining Works Completion (Guss Asphalt) Mastic Asphalt Layer and Stone Mastic Asphalt (TMA) Layer Works” was completed on July 31, 2024.

The contract for the “Yusufeli Viaduct Steel Deck Mastic Asphalt Works” under the Nurol-Gülsan Joint Venture was signed on April 17, 2024, and completed on June 25, 2024.

The “Landslide Stabilization and Superstructure Repair Works at the Bolu Mountain Tunnel Portal Exit (Asarsuyu Area) of the Anadolu Motorway at Km: 04/25 KK and 3+800” are ongoing.

The contract for the “Bitlis Çayı Viaduct Mastic Asphalt Works” with Demce Yapı A.Ş. was signed on November 14, 2022, and completed on December 14, 2022.

The contract for the “TUSAŞ Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc./ Service Area Expansion Works” was signed on September 26, 2022, and production rapidly commenced.

The contract for the “Toprakkale-Iskenderun Road Km: 112+790-121+000 and Km: 124+150-132+700 Earthworks, Art Structures, Bridges, and BSK Superstructure Construction Works” was signed on December 14, 2022.
